It is 11:46 pm on Thursday night. The show’s over.
The Ian/Ellis debate was more like two speeches and a quasi-friendly Q&A. It got a little heated when people took pot shots at Newsday and the media. Kind of fun to see fireworks happen.
Ellis’s pitch on the Dems very conservative 100 Days is that they are laying groundwork for generational change.
The audience asked questions about Murdoch, 9-11, and, Does Britney Spears deserve coverage in Newsday?
Ellican says he writes about everything, and it all has some importance and gives insight.
Hope to get some video up on this site, and hopefully some YouTube.
Thanks to Terry Morrone and the Long Island Progressive Coalition for their work putting this event together. Terry took video for his public access show.
