Congratulations Green Partiers!
Thanks to your help, “To Be Green,” the documentary about Connecticut gubernatorial
candidate Cliff Thornton being shut out of the 2006 televised debates will be shown nationally on Current.tv, as it won the weekly viewed created content contest for Monday, April 16.
More than 6,200 people watched the video since it was posted by director Dave Pond on Jan. 10, 2007, but more importantly, 4,000 of those views came in the the last week.
If you haven’t seen it yet, you can watch the six-minute long documentary featuring Cliff
Thornton, Ralph Nader and campaign manager Ken Krayeske here:

The film tells a story familiar to many Greens, detailing how the two party system prevented the Thornton campaign from participating in the televised debates in the fall of 2006.
Exactly when the video will air on Current.tv nationally has yet to be decided, but when it is, we will be sure to alert everyone.
Also, this weekend, April 21, 2007, Cliff Thornton and Ken Krayeske will both speak at the
Connecticut Green Party’s annual convention and election of officers at noon at the Greater New Haven Central Labor Council, 267 Chapel St., New Haven CT 06513. For those who can make it, we would love to see you there.
Thanks again, and keep up the great work!
From,
The Thornton for Governor 2006 campaign staff.
