NY DOT has once again extended the Draft EIS comment period. The new, and FINAL deadline is October 24, 2007. If you have not already done so, PLEASE SEND YOUR COMMENTS TO THE DOT BEFORE THIS DATE! THE PROJECT IS STILL VERY MUCH ALIVE! WE NEED YOUR HELP TO STOP IT NOW!
ALSO PLEASE SEND THE LETTER TO GOVERNOR ELIOT SPITZER! HE CAN STOP
THIS, BUT SO FAR HAS CHOSEN NOT TO ACT.
