Reached out to a leader in the DC Statehood Green Party for primary info. Didn’t get any word back yet–but pictures are worth a thousand words. Right?
So, she sent me some photos of the recent Green Party Presidential Candidates Forum held in DC on February 2nd. I will post them.
In looking up the press release for the forum, I also noticed a clue about the lay of the land in DC. The announcement listed all the candidates, including Ralph Nader–who is still a draft candidate. And, they put an asterisk by his name, as a courtesy to list him, but say he is not an official candidate. That should mean that they are being open and fair towards all possibilities. Perhaps Nader and McKinney will be neck-and-neck in DC, as they are in Massachusetts, where they have still not announced their Super Tuesday results?
