Roger Snyder found what I was looking for: a photo of a library sign from Chicago. In my back and forth at the convention, I noticed an irony. The motto for the 2008 Green Party Annual Meeting and Convention, held in Chicago, was: “Live Green, Vote Green.”
At the same time, in various places throughout town, there were signs from the Chicago Library with their current campaign: Read Green, Live Green.
The photo is posted at one of Roger’s many blogs, his personal blog, “Roger’s Rumblings”
