The federal appeals court in Atlanta has issued a stay of execution for Troy Davis, who was scheduled to be executed three days from today.
This is excellent news. Hopefully Troy Davis will be granted another round of appeals and allowed the chance to present new evidence of innocence in court. Click here to read more about this new development.
