Monterey Peninsula College is proud to welcome 2008 Green Party Nominee for President of the United States and former Georgia Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney to speak at Monterey Peninsula College.
Ms. McKinney was the first African American Congresswoman in Georgia, a tireless advocate of women of color, an internationally renowned advocate for voting rights, human rights and the strengthening of business ties between Africa and the United States. She is known as a passionate, intelligent, and charismatic speaker.
