Say No to an Army Experience Center on Long Island!
Smithhaven Mall, Lake Grove
As most of you know, the Army Experience Center (AEC) in Philadelphia is a video arcade recruitment facility that manipulates our children into enlisting and into thinking that war is a game.
Veterans For Peace Long Island is planning a preemptive demonstration at the Smithhaven Mall to let Simon Management (the owners of the Philadelphia Mall where the AEC is located) know that we will not tolerate an AEC on Long Island. Make signs that say “War Is Not A Game”, bring your banners, flags, etc., and join us on Sunday, August 2, 12pm-2pm in front of Smith Haven mall on Route 25, Lake Grove.
