Right here, in Greenlawn, Town of Huntington, Long Island, a weapons manufacturer – BAE – is making components for military drones.
Local peace groups have set up a monthly vigil outside of BAE, to protest the weapons manufacturer and to put the focus on drones and their record of killing innocent civilians.
What:
Demonstration outside of the BAE Building to protest the US use of drones
When:
Ongoing, usually the first Saturday of the month, but check in to confirm
Next demo is confirmed for Saturday, May 1st at 1pm

From Northern State:
Take Exit 42 N
Proceed north on 231 to Deer Park Rd west (County Rd. 35)
Continue to second traffic light – Jericho Tpke (NY25)
Cross Jericho Tpke (street name changes to Park Ave.) and continue to the 5th traffic light from Jericho.
At intersection of Park Ave. and Pulaski Rd., turn right.
Continue past the first light and you will soon see large BAE sign on your left.
From LIE:
Take exit 51 Deer Park Ave. (NY231) heading north. Proceed to fork at 3rd traffic light.
Bear left at fork.
Continue to second traffic light – Jericho Tpke (NY25)
Cross Jericho Tpke (street name changes to Park Ave.) and continue to the 5th traffic light from Jericho.
At intersection of Park Ave. and Pulaski Rd., turn right.
Continue past the first light and you will soon see large BAE sign on your left.
