A new kind of campaign asks: “Where are the (expletive) jobs?”
Young and old, men and women pose the probing question on park benches and sidewalks of New York in the Green Party’s TV ad campaign, itself rare for a minor party.
The ad for Green Party governor’s candidate Howie Hawkins opens with a narrator saying, “They say the recession is over.” It then states corporations are reaping “record profits.”
The ad goes on, “New York state want to know. Where are the (expletive) jobs?”
