It really snowed on Long Island Monday. A woman at the library had told me that she saw snow at 7:30 am Monday in North Babylon when she took her children to the bus stop. Now, Newsday reported snow on Monday as the first snow of the season. (Although, my young nephews in Coram claimed to see some flakes this weekend, I believe those flakes were “under the radar” as it were.)
