First, I extend my apologies to Credo on this one. I have been hard on them in the past for supporting the public option instead of single-payer, but they are right this time.
The apartheid-like section of the old Fair Elections Act has been removed. The Old Act had required 3rd party and independent candidates to raise 150% of what Democrats and Republicans had to raise That section had caused me to dub the old version the “Un-Fair Elections Act”
