GP candidate Allwine Objects to Exclusion from Baltimore City Council Debate

She is a member of the Green Party. Ms. Allwine shared her views about HARBEL’s decision to exclude her. The debate was held at the Good Samaritan Hospital, in Baltimore, in its conference room.
