On August 16, 2007, candidate for Baltimore City Council President, Maria Allwine, was excluded from a debate sponsored by HARBEL. She is a member of the Green Party. Ms. Allwine shared her views about HARBEL’s decision to exclude her. The debate was held at the Good Samaritan Hospital, in Baltimore, in its conference room.
