Located on the grounds of Nassau County’s Old Bethpage Village Restoration, Restoration Farm is an independent operation producing vegetables, fruits, flowers and herbs for sale to the public. It uses organic growing practices and adheres to the Farmer’s Pledge of NOFA-NY, the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New York.
Restoration Farm was launched in the Spring of 2007. Though it employs modern growing methods, it is committed to the principle’s of sustainable agriculture. Farm produce is available to the public through a farm stand and community supported agriculture (CSA).
