In honor of Black Solidarity Day, Brooklyn borough president candidate/Councilman Charles Barron endorsed Barack Obama for president on the steps of City Hall and accused Hillary Clinton [of] doing “absolutely nothing for the black community but come to our churches on Sunday and get an ‘Amen.'”…
“We don’t have to agree on everything,” Barron said, adding that if Obama isn’t the nominee he will “beg” former Democrat and ex-Georgia Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney to run on the Green Party line.
