More about the musicians…
- Mark Yodice’s dynamic acoustic guitar instrumentals blend multiple musical genres in sonic brilliance. Guitar 9 CD Review wrote that “his hands do things mere mortals only dream about.” More information about Yodice can be found at www.myspace.com/markyodice.
- With his two CD’s “Dreams” and “The Next Place,” Jeff Curtis has established himself as one of the area’s best acoustic guitarists. He will take you on sonic journeys from the mountains of California to the depths of your own soul. More information about Curtis can be found at www.jeffcurtismusic.com.
- Ken “The Rocket” Korb and Lora Kendall are well known L.I. musicians. They are members of the “Red River Ramblers” delivering lively renditions of folk, blues, ragtime, and roots music with great vocal harmonies. Harmonica, washboard, mandolin and fiddle will have you dancing in the aisles. More information about the Red River Ramblers can be found at www.bellport.com/redriver/
- Rich Stein’s “Counterclockwise Ensemble” is a vibrant string and percussion quintet giving masterful performances of Stein’s classical/new age compositions. A project three years in the making, “Counterclockwise” will take you across dreamy landscapes into dark waters of emotion and leave you totally amazed. More information about “Counterclockwise” can be found at www.clearsteer.com.
- Easy Anthems are singers, songwriters, entertainers and producers – Phil and Vanessa Jimenez have made their mark on the local and national scene. As members of “Jordan River”, “Gordo Gringo”, and “Wheatus”; they have provided us with a wealth of magical material that keeps us dancing and singing long after the show is over. More information about “Easy Anthems” can be found at www.easyanthems.org.
