Newsday has named one of their new sales executives publisher of Long Island’s lone daily and promoted the former publisher head of the Newsday Media Group, Cablevision Systems Corp. announced Tuesday.
Fred Groser, who Newsday reports was hired earlier this year as senior vice president of sales, has been tapped to lead the paper’s editorial, online and business operations.
