Al Jazeera says: “Hosni Mubarak resigns as the head of the ruling party [NDP] in Egypt.” This is the current news (11:11am EST/NY Time) I don’t think that it means that he has resigned as President. Al-Jazeera says it is “another piecemeal concession”…
Al-Jazeera also says that the VP seems to be very in charge now.
Al-Jazeera says that the protesters are seeking a group of people to represent them to participate in discussions.
