The LI SOA Watch invites you to the following events:
1.- Saturday November 6 at the Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington, starting at 9am, breakfast and a documentary Film about the Hondura’s coup and the human rights situation: “Quien dijo miedo” (We are not afraid).

2. – Saturday November 20 early afternoon, In front of Representative Peter King’s Office. South County Peace group and LI SOAW organize a demonstration for the closing of the School of the Americas. Peter King is the only representative in Long Island that supports that infamous school.
The demonstration coincides with the annual vigil that SOAW holds at Ft. Benning, Ga. (site of the School of the Americas), that this year will be from November 19 to the 21st. Mara Bard will report to the demonstration directly from the vigil at Ft. Benning.
