PeaceSmiths, Inc. is dedicated to issues of peace, justice, and the environment. We hold a monthly coffeehouse on the first Friday of the month, from October to June, where activists from Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the surrounds, relax, network, make announcements, and share literature.
Directions:
PeaceSmiths is held at the First United Methodist Church in Amityville.
We call it “The last church on the left.”
Address: 25 Broadway Ave, Amityville, NY
(Broadway is actually the southmost end of RT 110
near Merrick Road/Montauk Highway.)
Conveniently located near the Amityville train station. It’s a short bike or cab ride, or call a day ahead for a pick-up by someone in the PeaceSmiths community. The external voicemail contact (call ahead and leave a message) is (631) 798-0778.
